Cancellation and Refund Policy
How Favmoc OPC Private Limited (UHATO™) handles cancellations and refunds of paid orders. Last updated 15 September 2026.
1. Unpaid or failed payments
If checkout is abandoned, declined, or fails, the order is not fulfilled. There is nothing to refund.
2. Cancellation before dispatch
You may request cancellation of a paid order by emailing support@uhato.com with the order number, provided the order has not been packed or handed to a courier (shipping status still pending / confirmed, not packed or shipped).
If we accept the cancellation, we refund the amount paid (excluding non-refundable gateway charges only if the gateway actually deducts them and we cannot recover them — we do not invent extra fees).
3. After dispatch or activation
Physical Smart Tags are allocated or printed against paid orders. Once a Digital ID is activated, or a QR URL is print-locked, that identifier is not interchangeable with another tag.
We do not offer “change of mind” refunds after the product has shipped or after the tag has been activated, except where required by applicable consumer law or where the product is unused and we agree in writing.
4. Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If the physical product arrives damaged, is the wrong SKU, or is not delivered after a confirmed dispatch, email support@uhato.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), with photos and the order number. We will replace the unit or refund the paid amount after we verify the issue. We do not publish a fake “100% guarantee”.
5. We cannot fulfil
If we cannot fulfil a paid order (for example stock or print failure), we refund through the original payment route (Razorpay, where that payment was used). Refund timing then follows the bank/UPI/card network and the gateway, typically several working days after we initiate it.
Smart Tag and Protection Kit
These rules apply to the UHATO Smart Tag and the UHATO Protection Kit when purchased through this website. Bulk/corporate orders follow the written quote. Made-to-order premium products are not sold as immediate checkout SKUs; cancellation after production has started may not be available except as required by law.
6. How refunds are paid
Online refunds are initiated to the original payment method via the payment gateway. We do not refund in cash. COD orders, if used, are handled case by case over email.
7. Digital services (ACK)
UHATO ACK is account software, not a separate sticker SKU. There is no sticker refund for ACK. Account or ACK issues are handled as support, not as a product return, unless a paid add-on was sold (none is sold as a separate ACK sticker on the current catalogue).
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank, we may share order and fulfilment records with the gateway as part of the dispute.
