Using UHATO websites, shop, Smart Tags, and ACK. Last updated 16 September 2026.
By creating an account, buying a product, activating a tag, or scanning a UHATO QR, you agree to these terms. Merchant: Favmoc OPC Private Limited.
Products and platform
Consumer products include the UHATO Smart Tag and, when listed, the UHATO Protection Kit. Vehicle identity uses the Smart Tag SKU after you set type to Vehicle. ACK is account software. Business, bulk and retail-partner arrangements are separate from consumer checkout. Finder interaction and contact settings follow owner controls. Location is collected only where permission exists. Payments, orders, shipping and refunds follow the linked policies. Prohibited use includes harassment, impersonation and unlawful tagging of others’ property. Platform availability is not guaranteed 24/7. Third-party services (including Razorpay and email delivery) have their own terms.
Your responsibilities
- Keep Digital IDs and account credentials confidential.
- Attach tags only to items you own or are authorised to tag.
- Do not use UHATO to harass others or to misrepresent ownership.
- Set privacy controls knowing that optional public contact details are visible to scanners.
Payments
Shop prices are in INR. Online payment is processed as described in the Payment Policy. Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Physical delivery follows the Shipping Policy.
Orders and tags
Physical stickers ship after a paid order. Digital IDs assigned after payment remain UHATO identifiers. Printed URLs must not be reused for a different tag after a confirmed print lock.
ACK
ACK records a receiver’s confirmation. It is not a legal courier waybill unless you add that contract separately.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, UHATO is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost items, finder behaviour, or third-party payment outages beyond refunds we process for unfulfilled paid orders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
